1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
- Certain items, such as customized machinery or special-order products, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products specifically made to order.
- Products sold as part of a clearance or final sale.
- Consumables like ink or packaging materials, unless faulty.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@lemonlaser.com or call us at +91 63 5890 8218 with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review the return request and provide you with further instructions and a return authorization (RA) number if the return is approved.
- Securely repackage the product in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice along with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- For domestic returns within India, Lemon Laser will cover the shipping costs if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
- For international returns, shipping fees and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- If the return is for any reason other than defect or error on our part, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
5. Inspection and Approval
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our team.
- If the return is approved, we will notify you and process your refund, exchange, or replacement.
- If the product is found to be damaged or used, or if it does not meet the return criteria, the return may be rejected, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to be reflected in your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- If you wish to exchange the product for a different model or request a replacement for a defective item, please inform us during the return process.

8. Damaged or Defective Products
